Electrical Engineering Colleges

Electrical Engineering deals with the study of electromagnetism, electricity and electronics and their different applications in different spheres of life. Electrical engineering became much popular in the 2nd half of the 19th century when electric telegraph and electric power supply were commercialized. With the advancement of technology various other sub-disciplines broke out from Electrical Engineering. Some of those sub-disciplines are Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, Signal Processing, Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering and Microelectronics etc.

There are galore of Government as well as private Engineering colleges in India which provides the above mentioned courses to the aspirants. These Engineering colleges are training the students in best possible manner by providing them an excellent faculty member, all the necessary machineries, a huge library with many national as well as international books relevant to the subjects etc. These colleges have a placement cell which takes care about the placements of the students. But getting admitted in any of these engineering colleges is not very easy. A candidate has to clear an entrance exam for getting admitted in any of the institutes.
