Mass Communication is defined as the study of mass media and what is mass media? Mass media is the medium through which information is conveyed to the large segment of the audience. The examples of Mass media are Newspapers, Magazines, television, radio, cinema films etc. Mass Communication Graduates gets opportunity to work with News media and publishing and research institutes.

In India also Mass Communication has gained a major importance and this has led to the setting up of a large number of media houses-be it TV channels or Newspaper agencies or Advertising firms etc. Mass Communication courses have also become hot favorite amongst the Students and a huge portion of youngsters are opting for this course.
