In the last 2 decades we have seen that the fashion technology has gained too much popularity in India. Fashion Designing and technology has drawn a huge number of students towards it and seeing this trend among the Indian students a large number of Institutes have come up to provide Fashion Designing and technology courses to the students. Many of these institutes have equipped themselves with latest technologies so that they can give better education to their students.

Many of the Fashion technology and design Institutes conducts their own entrance exam so that they can ensure common standard and impartiality. These entrance exams are conducted throughout the length and breadth of India. Both online as well as offline Fashion Design and technology entrance exams are conducted. It is up to you to decide any one of the pattern of exams. The candidates who are selected in the entrance exam are then called for group Discussion and Personal Interview only after which they are called for final admission procedures.

The courses offered by the various fashion technology institutes include Fashion Design, Textile Design, Communication Design, Leather Design, Knitwear design, Accessory design, Apparel Production etc. Master’s programme in Fashion Management, Design Space and Apparel Production are also provided by some of the institutes, but for Master’s programme a candidate must have completed his/her graduation from any of the recognized institutes in any of the design discipline.
