M.Sc Entrance Exam

M.Sc or Master of Science is a master’s degree program which is meant for the students who have completed their B.Sc i.e. Bachelor of Science or B.Tech i.e. Bachelor of Technology from any of the recognized universities. M.Sc is two year full time programme which specializes a particular student in the particular field they have selected as their M.Sc subject.

After completing their Graduation in any of the science fields, students are eligible to opt for the Master’s degree in their desired field. The only barrier they will face is the limited number of seats. Though there are many colleges which offer M.Sc, but the total number of seats is not sufficient to provide master’s degree to all the desiring candidates.

Moreover, we also know that as we go for higher and higher studies the competition goes on increasing. Hence there is a tough competition for each and every seat. For getting admission into any of the institutes a student has to score heavily in their Graduation, then only they will have a better chance of getting into the M.Sc colleges. Some colleges do not go for Graduation marks and conduct their entrance exam for taking admission in various M.Sc courses.
