when will the application form of AIEEE-2010 be issued and where? WHAT are the syllabus of 2010 AIEEE????? i am studing in CBSE syllabus is enough if i study my textbooks for AIEEE exam?

Sir I have completed my diploma in Computer Engineering and now wanted to do B.E in Mechanical Engineering.So,am i eligible for that directly after completing diploma or i have to give AIEEE exams.If yes tell me the procedure or am i eligible for AIEEE.please reply soon.
