CAT 2010
Common Aptitude Test or CAT is the most popular competitive exam that is given by the majority of people interested in studying MBA from a reputed college in India. The exam not only allows students to get a chance to study at the reputed IIMs, but also provides them with the opportunity at studying at several other colleges that recognize the CAT scores.
Such is the importance of this exam that most of the students start their preparation one year beforehand. However, clearing the written exam is not the only hurdle as the aspiring candidates, appropriately the selected candidates after written exam, are also required to clear group discussion and personal interview.

Application forms are available from selected branches of Axis Bank and can also be obtained from the IIMs.
Application form submission
Last date for submission of completely filled in application form is 1st week of September.

Eligibility
Candidates appearing for CAT exam must be a graduate in any discipline from any reputed college that is recognized by the Indian Council of Universities. Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation can also apply; however they will need to produce a certificate from the concerned authority of their college or institution that certifies them being a final year student.
