COMEDK 2010
COMEDK i.e. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka conducts the COMED-K entrance test for the candidates of the state of Karnataka. COMEDK is conducted for the Undergraduate courses in Engineering, Medical and dental and is called by the name of COMEDK UGET. The degrees which the candidates are offered are B.E. for the Engineering students, MBBS for the Medical students and BDS for the dental students.
The entrance exam consists of 4 papers-physics, mathematics, chemistry and Biology. For MBBS and BDS a minimum of 50% marks is necessary in PCB, but for SC/ST this score is 40%

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should have passed class 12 exam or its equivalent from any of the recognized institutes with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Mathematics and chemistry with English as one of the compulsory subjects.
