Cochin University offers wide range of academic programs in various courses. It aims at providing the students with the best possible technical education to help them not only match the global expectation, but to make them capable of making their own place in this challenging world. The entrance exam is also conducted in such a way that the best of the candidate who has all the sufficient knowledge can get through and can avail all the possible opportunity of a bright future.
Sale of application form:
The application forms are available from the last week of February and the last date of its submission lies in the first or the second week of April. The OMR application forms are available from the State Bank of Travancore. But this form can be availed by the residents of the state of Kerala only. Those who stay outside Kerala will have to apply for the exam through online forms.
Cost:
The application form costs Rs 500.
Course offered:
The University offers a wide range of programs for its students. Few of those are B.Tech programs, integrated courses, MSc courses, Post graduation courses, LLB courses etc.
Important dates:
The entrance exam is held in the last week of May for all the courses. The different courses have their entrance examination on different date.
Eligibility:
For the B.Tech course, the candidates should be 10 + 2 passed, with physics, chemistry, and mathematics. For Post graduation, courses, the candidates should be a graduate from the required trade in order to be eligible for the examination.
