To get into this prestigious institute, you need to first clear a written test, which is of 2 hour duration. The short-listed candidates are then called for a Group Discussion, extempore and Personal interview and then final merit list is prepared.

Sale of Application form

Application forms for both Part-time and Full-time MBA programs are available from the second week of October to 1st December. Forms can be obtained from selected branches of SBI all throughout the length and breadth of the country. There is also an option for online submission of application; for more details log on to www.fms.edu.

Cost

For MBA:

General Candidate: Rs. 500
SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged: RS. 125

For MBA and MBA (MS):

General Candidate: Rs. 1000
SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged: Rs. 250

Important Dates:

Written for short-listing candidates is held in the month of January.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed or have pursued 3 year or equivalent bachelor’s degree after 10+2 of schooling.

The minimum requisite of marks includes 50 percent for arts, commerce and social sciences; 60 percent for statistics or mathematics; 55 percent for sciences and CGPA of 6 in Engineering and Medicine. Candidates who are in the final year of the bachelor’s degree program are also eligible for the test.
