GGSIPU CET 2010
Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET) is an Entrance examination held nationwide for admission into various technical and applied courses in UG as well as PG level of the University. Various Professional, Engineering, Medical and architectural courses are available.
The Syllabus of GGSIPU CET is different for different courses but it is generally of +2 level for UG courses and degree level for PG courses. Detail is available on website and brochure. The questions are MCQ type. 150 questions of 4 marks each are to be answered in two and a half hour. Negative marking is done for incorrect answer.
Application form
The application form set of GGSIPU CET consists of a set of necessary forms including an information brochure available by hand as well as by post. One can even download one.

Date of issue of Form: Mid week of January
Last Date of submission: Mid week of April
Date of Examination: Last week of May
Eligibility
The first and foremost eligibility criterion to appear in GGSIPU CET is that the applicant must be at least 17 years old as the respective year. The candidate must pass his or her 10+2 from any recognized university or board with Physics, chemistry, Biology, Maths and English. The candidate must possess a 50% marks for general category or at least 40 % for SC/ST category.
