HP CPET 2010
Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Entrance test commonly known as Himachal Pradesh CPET is conducted by the National Institute of Technology, Harimpur. Candidates seeking for a four years bachelor’s degree in B.Tech can sit for HP CPET for a bright prospect and a shinning future. Selection is made on the basis of merit of the CPET exam. Candidates who fulfill min eligibility criteria may apply to the college directly.
HP CPET has a seat reservation of SC-15%, ST-7.5%, diploma holders 2 seats and teachers of Government Polytechnics under HP 2 seats.
Subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English are a must for all the students sitting in HP CPET as questions are mainly asked from these subjects in a MCQ type paper.

Eligibility
Passed candidates of the Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with physics, chemistry, mathematics and English as their subjects are eligible to sit for the HP CPET.
