JCECE 2010
Jharkhand JCECE stands for Jharkhand combined entrance competitive Examination. This JCECE is conducted every year for the admission of various students in various degree courses of various colleges in the state. The entrance examination JCECE is conducted by the JCECE admission Board. The courses that are offered under JCECEC are degree courses in Engineering, in various engineering colleges, government as well as private, MBBS course in Medical college, this also both government and Private, and Degree course in Agriculture, veterinary etc.
Thus this entrance test is of prime importance in order of getting into any colleges for the above mentioned courses in the state of Jharkhand. The entrance examination has questions from the fields of Physics, chemistry and mathematics or Biology of 10 + 2 standard. The questions comprises of objective multiple choice type questions.
Sale of Application Form:
The application form is available at the post offices in the state of Jharkhand. The form starts to be available from the Month of February. The application form can also be down loaded from the official website of JCECE board.
Cost:
The cost of the form includes the amount to be paid along with the dispatch charges.
Important dates:
The entrance exam is conducted in two phases. One is preliminary and the other one is the Mains. Those who are able to clear the first phase are then subjected to the second phase of the entrance test.
Eligibility:
For engineering course:
The candidates should be 10+ 2 passed, with Physics, chemistry, mathematics, and English. There is no age bar.
For Medical courses:
The candidates should be 10 + 2 pass with Physics, Chemistry and biology along with English. Also the candidates should bring 50 per cent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
For agriculture and Forestry:
The candidates should be 10 + 2 pass with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics or Physics, chemistry and Biology. In this the age limit is 17 years.
