Kalinga Institute of industrial Technology is one of the most leading as well as advanced institute offering many technical as well as management courses. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) started as an Industrial training institute. But, gradually with time it became one of the most advanced as well as leading institute offering courses in technical as well as management field. It also holds the record of being the youngest university to be deemed. It was deemed as a university in 6 years of its establishment. It happened because of its phenomenal development and progress. It had also been accredited by NBA, AICTE and NAAC for its various engineering courses and MBA and MCA courses.
KIIT offers 4 years program in engineering courses comprising of Electronic and communication Engineering, Computer science engineering, and mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering along with Information Technology. It also offers 3 years lateral entry courses in the same. Also it has MCA programs of 3 years, BCA programs of 3 years along with M.TECH and MSc courses. It also has some integrated courses and different programs in Law and BBA.
Sale of Application Form:
The application for the various courses offered in this college is available at almost all the branches of Allahabad bank. Along with that it is also available in selected post offices. The form can also be collected from the university counters. The forms are also available on the net, and can be availed from the official website of the university. The distribution starts from 2nd week of January to the Last week of February.
Submission of application form:
The application form is to be submitted within the last date fixed by the college. This date is fixed to be around last week of February. The online submission also ends generally in the same time.
Cost:
For B.Tech: The cost of the form is Rs 700
For MBA/MCA/BCA/BBA etc: The cost of the form is Rs 700
Important dates:
The date of the written test is kept in the first week of May.
Eligibility:
The candidates should be at least 10+2 pass for applying for the B.Tech/BBA/BCA course, whereas should be a graduate for applying for the MBA/MCA/M.Tech courses. The candidates appearing for the B.Tech courses should have science in their 10+2.
