The full form of MGIMS is Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. MGIMS Wardha offers 5 year full time MBBS course to the desiring candidates. Sale of Application Form
The application forms are available from the 1st week of December from the office of the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, District Wardha – 442102.
Submission of Application form
The duly filled in application form must be submitted by the last week of February and by the 2nd week of March with a late fee of Rs. 100/-
Cost of Application
The cost of the application form is Rs. 1000/-
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must have passed Higher Secondary exam or its equivalent from any of the recognized Institutes with Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English with a minimum of 50% marks (40 % for SC/ST/OBC/NT/VJ) taken together in Physics, Biology and Chemistry. The candidates must also attain a minimum age of 17 years.
Examination Pattern
The entrance exam contains Multiple Choice Questions from Physics, Biology and Chemistry and Essay and/ or Short answer type questions on Gandhian thought.
