PAT 2010

PAT or Planning admission test is conducted for admission to various undergraduate and post graduate programs in Natural and Environment built areas. It is conducted by CEPT or Centre of Environmental Planning and Technology, and is located in Ahmadabad in Gujarat. Basically, planning Admission Test is conducted for admission to Master of technology degree in various programs such as Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, Housing and Infrastructure Planning, and many more.

The examination is conducted in order to test the depth and grip of the candidates on the knowledge about the subject. The examination is thus very properly set and well oriented.

Application Form:

The application form for the Planning Admission Test can be availed from the official website of Center of Environmental Planning and Technology. The official website is www.cipet.ac.in. The form is available till the month of June. The last day is generally kept in the first or second week of the June month.

Cost:

The cost of the application form of the Planning Admission Test is Rs 500.

Important dates:

The examination is conducted on different dates in different examination centers. Generally, all these dates are kept close to each other. The date generally lies in the end week of June.

Eligibility:

The candidates need to be a graduate in order to get into the various courses offered by the Planning admission Test. The graduation should consist of bachelor’s degree in architecture or Civil engineering or planning. The candidates should have secured at least 50 percent marks in aggregate in order to get into these courses.
