TISS 2010
Tata Institute of Social Science or TISS provides Master’s degree Program to the students aspiring to become an expert in the field of Social Science. This two year full time course is aimed to train personals in various social problems of the society. The various courses offered in TISS at the PG level are Development Studies, Disaster Management, Globalization and Labor, Hospital Administration, Health Administration, Education (Elementary), Human Resources Management and Labor Relations, Media and Cultural Studies, and Social Entrepreneurship.
Application Form
Application can be obtained via post from the Assistant registrar (Academic) or can be filled online at the TISS website (www.tiss.edu) and post it to the institute via registered post or speed post along with a demand draft containing the requisite fees.
Cost
For application to only one course- Rs 1000/-
For application to next courses- Rs 750/-
(A candidate can apply for a maximum of 3 courses)
Eligibility
The basic eligibility criterion for admission in TISS is that the applicant must have a graduation Degree from any AIU recognized university of India with a minimum of 50% marks.

Last Date of Issue of Forms via Post- first week of October
Last Date of Issue of Forms by hand- last week of October
Last Date of submission of Completed application forms- last week of October
Written Test for TISS- mid week of December
