BCA comes as a tension reliever to those students who are worried for their career as for those not being a science student there is no scope left for engineering or medicals, or for those who have messed up their JEEs or other entrances, or even those who are interested in something different or like to save years by getting into business administration directly. Students who are interested in the field of computers can surely opt for BCA, in case they have not been selected for engineering or any other computer related field. BCA has a good scope and students can further opt for further studies also after they complete their graduation.

CET was conducted as an entrance to BCA in different private and government colleges till 2008, but this year onwards different colleges will conduct their own exam.
